HELP - Google Documents

Okay.. so.. Simple question, I hope.

If I make a Form using a Google Document, how am I notified once someone fills out the form?
»EMAIL?
»Log into Google Docs and check something?

AH! I am so confused! I have to figure all of this stuff out.

PLEASE HELP.

  1. If you are viewing it in spreadsheet form where you can view all of the entries, go to "Tools". Then, select "notification rules" and you should be able to "add another" to get it to email you when someone fills out. I hope this makes sense.
