Cupid's Blogger Swap!

For this Valentine's Day, I decided to host my very own swap, "Cupid's Blogger Swap!" I was a little worried that it wouldn't turn out well and that nobody would sign up.. Surprise; people did sign up! I've had such a blast doing this, so before I post about the WONDERFUL goodies that I received, I'd like to say Thank You to everyone that participated!! Okay, now on to the swap.

I was partnered with Linda from Country Pickin's! Let me just tell ya', she is probably the sweetest lady ever! I never could have imagined that in hosting a swap that I would make an incredible friend - but I did! Linda did so wonderful with the swap, she really loaded me down with goodies.

She sent me incredibly delicious HOMEADE cookies!! That there alone, is awesome! I love cookies - LOVE!

She also sent an Angel wall decoration, scented roses, a light-up gel rose, Friends 4 Ever pin and other goodies (pictured above).
As if that weren't enough.. She also sent me a frog scrubber, adorable teddy-bear, super cute cup, heart decorated socks and even MORE goodies (pictured above).
I'm tellin you, she went wayyy out for me. She also sent me a L♥E picture frame, rubber duck w/ soap, note pad, chocolate covered cherries and MORE!! (pictured above).

Linda, I had such a great time getting to know you and talking to you through out the swap. I really look forward to what our friendship blossoms into. You've been through a tough time, my dear, and I'm glad to have found my way into your life at a time like this. You're an amazing person and I'm so thankful for meeting you!!

Cupid's Blogger Swap - Partners Announced!

I have e-mailed all of the participants of the Cupid's Blogger Swap and announced who their partners are! So, if you're a participant and did not recieve this e-mail, please check your spam.
After you have shopped for your partner and picked out all of the goodies for them - send out your package (deadline to send package - February 1st, I will e-mail everyone to remind them). Remember, $20 spending limit, not inluding shipping.
I encourage you to e-mail your partner, get to know them.. Visit their blogs, follow them. Don't just make this a one time thing - make a friend. I hope that you all enjoy this swap as much as I hope to.

Cupid's Blogger Swap - Valentine's Day Swap

Most of you already know, I am hosting a Valentine's Day Swap called Cupid's Blogger Swap.
For those of you that do not know, I will explain a bit for you.
First off, ANYONE can enter.
You do not have to have a blog in order to participate; nor do you have to live in the U.S!
Anyone, really does mean anyone. :)

What will happen?
Everyone will answer questions on a survey that I'll e-mail to each person.
According to answers, I will assign each person a swap partner.
You, then, will shop for your partner (spending limit $20 - not including shipping), buying them all kinds of Valentine's Goodies (i.e. chocolate, heart's, Cupid's, etc..).
I will set a date that the packages must be sent (February 1st.) and you will send out your partner's package no later than that day.


It's a great way to meet other bloggers and other people, in general.

Both were hosted by Shannon from The Mommy-Files! They were both so much fun that I have been inspired to host my own swap!!

Now, I am hosting my own swap now.
It will be for Valentine's Day.

When to sign up: Now, in the comment section (please include e-mail address)
Deadline to sign up: January 5th
Swap Date: February 1st.
What's going on?: I'll send out a survey on Janurary 9th. You all fill it out and send it back to me. I'll assign everyone partners. You'll send your secret partner a package of Valentine goodies. (Spending limi $20)
Why? It's a fun event and will help you to meet fellow bloggers!
