Garden Swap at ENGINE3

Julie over at ENGINE3 as decided to host a Garden Swap! No, you're not going to send your garden - haha, I know, I'm a loser. But what you will do is send gardening stuff to your partner!!

Who: Anyone - the more the merrier.

What: You & your partner will each send one another a package of gardening goodies (i.e. flowers, garden tools, etc.)

When: Sign up NOW through the 12th.
Swap Date: April 26th.

Would you be interested in a Cinco De Mayo Swap?

I've had such fun with my swaps that I've hosted. I enjoy it so much. Therefore I was thinking, why should I only do the things like Valentine's Day & Easter? Why not other holidays like Cinco De Mayo? I know that it's not an American holiday, nor is it a holiday that comes up in most conversations -- but that's why I want to do it.

Think about it - you participate in the swap; go to your mailbox (or UPS/FedEx drive) and get a package from your partner. You open up the box and inside is a delicious bag of chips & salsa, a sombrero, some marracas, and other goodies.. Wouldn't that be exciting?!

Valentine's Day Swap

Not only did I host a Valentine's Day Swap on my blog.. I was also involved in another blogger's swap: Shannon from The Mommy-Files! Most of you that have read my blog before know that I'm a big fan of Shannon. She is a lot of the reason that my blog even exists.

This is my thrid swap with The Mommy-Files; I was also involved in a Halloween swap, "Blog Or Treat", and a Christmas swap, "Santa Swap".

For the Valentine's Day swap, I was partnered with Lyndi from Lyndi of the Clan Lou (coincidentally, her mom was my partner for the Santa Swap!!) :)

Lyndi sent me a ton of goodies!! Decorations, an X and an O keychains (one for Joshua and one for me), ducks, candles. (pictured above)

She also sent me Peanut M&M's, Vanilla Frosting *smell good stuff, plates w/ hearts, napkins (pictured above).She also sent a lottt of chocolate!! :) YUMM!

Thanks so much Lyndi, I really enjoyed swapping with you!! I hope that we can keep in touch. :)

Santa Swap 2009

Recently,I was involved in a Santa's Blogger Swap, thanks to Shannon from The Mommy-Files! My swap partner was Launi, and let me tell you - she did a GREAT job!
My package included yummy candies, such as Palmer Mint Favors (which are one of my favorite candies!!), it also included many different decoration sorts .. even Christmas lights!!
Unfortunately, my digital camera is no longer working (I really need a new one!!) -- so I am unable to show any pictures. But just trust me whenever I say that my goodies were fantastic!

Blog Or Treat *Thank You*

I was one of the many people that joined in the fun with Shannon's first Blog Or Treat Event! As I said in my other post, I was to receive something from LiveLaughLoveCj!! I was thrilled to check the mail and have a lovely package awaiting. I knew exactlywhat it was, so I ran to tell Joshua & we started opening it!! I, for one, was like a 5-year old on Christmas Morning!!

There were sooo many goodies packed into this small box! It was entirely too generous, but I love it!

There was a bracelet inside of a very cute bag. Tons of candy that filled a Spooky Chinese Takeout Box.

A Pumpkin that had 1 Pumpkin Spice Body Lotion & Body Wash, plus one of those little back washer things!!A beautiful orange cup with white polka dots and a saucer underneath it. A candle that had a blue background with pumpkins on it. (Unfortunately, one of the Pumpkin Candles did not survive the long trip. :-(

A cute ghost decoration! There is also a decoration of a scarecrow in a wagon with pumpkin wheels, but he was camera shy whenever I took the picture. (My mom was out showing him around..)

The most adorable pumpkin candy dish! And there were THREE hand-towels, which is included in each picture. (They are what I have everything sitting on.)

All in all, everything was completely adorable!! I love it all! And it was incredibly sweet of LiveLaughLoveCj to think of how Joshua & I are trying to get our own place soon. The hand-towels, cup, and pumpkin dish are perfect... As are everything else! Thank you so much!! I really adore it all. --> Joshua likes it all too, which is a super plus!

A big thank you to Shannon for hosting the oh-so-fun Blog Or Treat Event!! It was entirely wonderful!! I certainly look forward to the Blogger's Santa Swap!!

Awaiting my Blog Or Treat Package

I, along with many other bloggers, joined in on the fun of the Blog Or Treat.. I sent off my package sometime last week, and now I'm awaiting my package!! I'm extremely excited about receiving it!!
I just can't wait.
The person that I put a package together for was Jodi!! I hope that she enjoys what I got for her.
And the person that I am receiving a package from is LiveLaughLoveCj!! I am incredibly ancy* about all of this and can't wait to post what I've received.
I look forward to posting what I received very soon!!
